1. General
This page explains what data awtik.ru collects and what happens to it. The site belongs to awtik ('I') and is informational: there are no request forms on it.
By following a link to Telegram or email you talk to me directly. That conversation is governed by the rules of the service you choose.
2. What I collect
I don't collect your name, contact details or task description through the site: there are no forms or input fields.
I don't use analytics cookies or trackers, and I don't collect behavioural data on the site.
Server logs may retain your IP address — only for spam and attack protection.
3. Why I need it
The IP address is used solely to limit request rates and protect the site from spam and attacks.
I don't use this data for analytics, advertising or marketing, and I don't share it with third parties.
4. Where and how long it is stored
Server logs are stored on the server, and only I have access to them.
I keep IP addresses for a limited time — no longer than needed for spam protection. Once they are no longer needed, the records are deleted or overwritten.
If you message me on Telegram or by email, the conversation is stored by that service under its own rules and may be located outside your country.
5. Your rights
You can ask what data I hold about you and request its correction or deletion. Email valeratkalenko@yandex.ru or message @valerarsdj on Telegram.
For conversations in Telegram, message deletion is also governed by the capabilities of that service.
